DR. RICHARD MIRON

FACIAL ESTHETICS EXPERT | CLINICIAN | PROFESSOR | AUTHOR

Dr. Richard Miron is a globally renowned clinician who helped develop several concepts associated with utilizing blood concentrates (PRP/PRF), their corresponding protocols, and their potential health benefits compared to the widely used materials today. He teaches doctors, facial estheticians, and other medically trained professionals from different countries about the latest discoveries and practices in facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Miron developed the Bio-PRF technology used in all his clinics across the country, as well as by other medical practitioners worldwide (www.bio-prf.com). His thesis focused on the research and development of Bio-Heat procedures, wherein a natural filler created from the patient’s blood, concentrated through a centrifugation system and heated using a modern heating technology, can be used as an all-natural “Bio-Filler” as opposed to the conventional dermal fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane. These Bio-Heat procedures are 100% natural and are developed in his research facility.

For over seven years, Dr. Miron lived in Switzerland, where he conducted research in advancing medical biomaterials, including platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) treatment. He also writes medical textbooks regarding facial and hair esthetics. He has written four books, and among these is his newest title, “Platelet Rich Fibrin in Facial Esthetics,” co-written by Dr. Catherine Davies. Here, they explain the use of natural regenerative techniques for hair and facial esthetic therapies.

On weekends, Dr. Miron enjoys traveling domestically and internationally to teach various courses found at Advanced PRF Education (www.prfedu.com). He also takes time lecturing his employees and other practitioners on performing his protocols in their respective offices to address the needs of patients seeking natural ways to reverse aging.

THE FUTURE
OF FACIAL ESTHETICS

Facial esthetics has developed into one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. Globally, patient demand for esthetic procedures has never been greater. As the industry evolves, it is critical for all medical practitioners and their related patients to provide safe, evidence-based practices with a low risk of consequences.

Both platelet concentrates (PRP/PRF) and laser therapy have long been used safely and effectively in regenerative medicine. Additionally, their use may be paired with other popular cosmetic procedures such as Botox and chemical peels. As support for minimally invasive facial esthetic procedures continues to grow, it is evident that both old and new patients demand convenient, safe, and effective therapies with low downtime for optimal esthetic results.
