Dr. Carlos Sanchez earned his B.S. degree in Biology from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, WA, before graduating with a D.D.S degree from the University Of Iowa College Of Dentistry in 1991. Following three years of service in the United States Navy, Dr. Sanchez began his private practice in Kannapolis, NC.
Dedicated to advancing his skills, Dr. Sanchez focuses his continuing education on Aesthetic Dentistry, Occlusion, TMJ dysfunction, complex reconstruction, and implant placement. His commitment to professional growth led to his attainment of Fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Sanchez’s pursuit of excellence extends beyond traditional dentistry. He explores innovative applications of Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) healing properties in facial rejuvenation and has even designed patented dental instruments, such as the CASI instrument for precise composite placement.
Passionate about sharing his knowledge, Dr. Sanchez actively engages in training the next generation of dentists through lectures on direct composite restoration and TMJ pain treatment.

Dr. Farzaneh Keshmiri-Sanchez, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Farzaneh Keshmiri embarked on her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology with highest honors from Southern Illinois University. She then pursued her passion for dentistry at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree in 1991 on a Research Scholarship.
Since founding Carolina Aesthetic Dentistry in 2001, Dr. Keshmiri has become a respected figure in the Kannapolis and Concord communities. Her dedication to professional development led her to achieve Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, signifying her commitment to excellence.
Dr. Keshmiri has been providing patients with Invisalign treatment for over 20 years, ensuring they receive the latest innovations in orthodontic care tailored to their needs. She continues to pursue education courses with Invisalign, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care.
In recent years, Dr. Keshmiri has further expanded her expertise into Dental sleep medicine, focusing on assisting patients with sleep apnea. Through an intensive two-year course with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, she attained diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Her dedication to this specialized field reflects her commitment to providing tailored, comprehensive care to her patients.
