Dr. Amera Al-Faleh, our Chief Operating Officer, the visionary behind GLOW DNTL and GLOW CARE Esthetics in Aliso Viejo, California, is a proud graduate of New York University’s School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
She is a certified and official CARE Esthetics provider, after finishing the advanced facial esthetics trainings from Advanced PRF Education and American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Her focus is on TMJ and Orofacial Pain Therapy.

Dr. Orest Frangopol, DDS is our Chief Financial Officer and the co-visionary behind GLOW CARE Esthetics in Aliso Viejo, California.
With over 30 years of dental experience, he is also a certified and official CARE Esthetics provider, after finishing the advanced facial esthetics training from Advanced PRF Education.
The CARE Esthetics team includes a wide range of highly competent medical professionals, including plastic surgeons, dentists, clinical researchers, and technological centers, investigating new technologies down to the cellular and molecular levels. The basis of their work involves the study of implanted medical biomaterials, including liquid growth factors, dental and orthopedic titanium implants and screws, as well as human and animal graft tissues.
