Dr. Amera Al-Faleh, the visionary behind GLOW DNTL in Aliso Viejo, California, is a proud graduate of New York University’s School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Anh-Thu Pham, RN, BSN, DNP, FNP
Anh-Thu Pham is a compassionate and results-driven Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience and a specialized focus in medical aesthetics. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver personalized aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapies, microneedling, PRF and IV infusions. Anh-Thu currently practices at Glow Dental, where she is known for her attention to detail, patient-centered care, and dedication to achieving natural, confidence-boosting results. Her diverse clinical background—from emergency medicine, family medicine to dermatology—enhances her holistic approach to aesthetic medicine.
She earned her MSN-FNP from Post University and holds multiple certifications including ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Anh-Thu is committed to continued professional growth and empowering clients through education and ethical, evidence-based practice in the evolving world of aesthetics.
