Dr. Holly Mayher
Born and raised in Maryland, Dr. Holly Guard-Mayher has been a proud resident of Kent Island for over 25 years, where she lives with her husband, Mark, and their three children—two college graduates and a daughter currently attending the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Holly enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors with her two dogs, Foster and Millie.
Dr. Holly began her professional journey in healthcare at the University of Maryland, where she earned her degree in dental hygiene in 1990, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1997. While her early career was rooted in dentistry, her passion has evolved into facial esthetics—helping clients feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
As a certified CARE Esthetics provider, Dr. Holly blends advanced, science-backed techniques with a natural, holistic approach to skin rejuvenation. Her specialized training includes non-surgical treatments using the body’s own regenerative capabilities—completely free of chemicals or invasive procedures. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Holly brings a unique, artistic eye and gentle touch to every treatment, delivering results that enhance natural beauty and restore youthful vitality.

Dr. Cary Bly
A proud Kent Island native, Dr. Cary Bly brings a lifetime of passion for health, healing, and artistry to her work in facial esthetics. The daughter of a waterman and a nurse, she knew early on that a career in healthcare was her calling—but it was the perfect blend of science and creativity that led her to specialize in esthetic treatments that enhance natural beauty and confidence.
Dr. Bly earned her undergraduate degree in Biology, with a minor in Music, from Franklin & Marshall College, and completed her doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2005. She continued her advanced clinical training at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served as Chief Resident and clinical instructor, ultimately earning both a Certificate in Periodontology and a Master’s Degree. In 2009, she achieved diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology—a recognition of her deep commitment to clinical excellence and continuing education.
Now focused on non-surgical facial esthetics, Dr. Bly applies her detailed anatomical knowledge and surgical precision to help clients achieve natural, youthful results through regenerative and minimally invasive treatments. Her calm, caring demeanor and artistic approach ensure a patient experience that is both personalized and empowering.
