Dr. Noor is a practicing dentist in the state of Oregon. Since owning her practice, Dr. Noor has been using the Fotona laser which has truly changed the way she practices. Fun fact, Dr. Noor grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and attended Lake Oswego High School. Her and her husband are raising 3 small children and now with this practice, they are both working to combine minds together.
