Dr. Bret Dyer, DDS
Dr. Dyer graduated with a B.A. in biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry (Dallas) in 1988. Much to his chagrin, this Longhorn has his D.D.S. degree from Texas A&M — the university took over Baylor College of Dentistry in the past decade. Dr. Dyer then attended the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston where he earned a master’s in periodontics in 1991.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, Dr. Dyer has won several awards for his research on regeneration, which has been published in a variety of professional journals. His research on laser treatments led to the FDA approval of the use of lasers in specific periodontal treatments. He is a leader in the field of laser dentistry.
Dr. Dyer began using Botox and Fillers in treatment starting in 2009 in periodontal procedures with amazing results. Dr. Dyer has expanded his practice to include aesthetic services such as microneedling with PRF and Botox treatment. He has extensive experience in patient care, facial anatomy, injections, sterile technique and advanced procedures. Dr. Dyer has completed training in neurotoxin administration and PRF microneedling. His approach emphasizes patient safety, natural results and a professional environment.
Amanda Lawton
Mandy has been part of the team since 2002 and currently serves as the Office Manager, overseeing daily operations with care and efficiency. With more than two decades of experience, she’s known for keeping everything running smoothly and for her friendly, dependable approach. Mandy received her certification in PRF microneedling, Botox, and lip filler in 2026.
She has always been passionate about facial aesthetics and helping people feel confident in their own skin. Combining artistry with advanced techniques to enhance natural beauty and achieve refreshed natural-looking results. Her goal is to help every patient look and feel their best while providing a comfortable experience.
