CARE ESTHETICS WINTER HAVEN

Dr. Gianna DeSimone graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2003 and earned her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology with a concentration in Biology, also from Temple University. She has provided both pediatric and general dental care in private and public health settings since 2003.

Dr. DeSimone served as a University of Florida Adjunct Faculty Member at the CHSI Community Health Site in Naples and as the Southeastern States Representative on the Affiliate Advisory Committee for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

Continuing to advance her education, Dr. DeSimone has been training with Care Esthetics, learning from world-renowned researcher and clinician Dr. Richard Miron. Her studies focus on regenerative medicine in dentistry and facial aesthetics, incorporating Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) to promote natural healing, restore facial balance, and support rejuvenation through biologically based, minimally invasive techniques.

As Chief Operations Officer of Winter Haven Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. DeSimone brings a wealth of knowledge in both dentistry and business to her leadership role. With a strong foundation in oral health care and patient relations, she ensures the seamless operation of the office—focusing on delivering unparalleled service and a superior patient experience. Together with her husband, Dr. Gerald Cerdan, their dedication to precision and commitment to excellence set the standard for the team, creating a foundation for top-tier dental care.

Dr. DeSimone is passionate about travel and has volunteered her skills to underserved communities in Peru and Ecuador. When she is not working, she stays busy as a mom to her three sons and daughter. She loves to travel and enjoys making homemade pasta from the fresh eggs gathered on their family’s chicken farm.
