DR. RICHARD MIRON

Dr. Richard Miron is an internationally recognized clinician who helped pioneer various concepts relating to the use of blood concentrates (PRP/PRF), their accompanying protocols, and the possible health benefits of these concentrates above today’s conventional materials.
Dr. Miron offers a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments. He also teaches doctors, facial estheticians, and other professionals around the world about the latest medical research and clinical procedures for facial rejuvenation. Furthermore, Dr. Miron writes textbooks about facial and hair esthetics for medical schools. He has authored four textbooks, the latest being “Platelet Rich Fibrin in Facial Esthetics,” where he and his co-author Dr. Catherine Davies discuss the application of natural regeneration modality for facial and hair esthetic treatments.
Based on his discoveries and own technology, Dr. Miron pioneered the Bio-PRF system, which is currently used in all of his clinics and by many other practitioners across the world (www.bio-prf.com).
His thesis focused on the research and development of Bio-Heat protocols, in which a sample of the patient’s blood is concentrated using a centrifugation system followed by a unique heating process to create an effective natural “Bio-Filler” instead of traditional dermal fillers like Juvederm and Restylane. He created these Bio-Heat protocols in his research laboratory without using any chemical additives.
Dr. Miron is well-traveled, spending his life in Switzerland from the late 2000s to 2016. He has conducted extensive research on a variety of medical biomaterials, including platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) therapy.
He frequently travels domestically and internationally on weekends to teach courses found at Advanced PRF Education (www.prfedu.com). He also instructs other doctors and employees on how to carry out his recommended protocols in their own offices. Dr. Miron’s goal is to address the demands of patients looking for natural solutions to rebuild facial tissues and reverse the aging process.
