Dr. Howard E. Stevenson | Oral Surgeon
After developing an interest in advanced facial esthetics, Dr. Howard E. Stevenson attended Advanced PRF Education’s training led by renowned experts in the field. He learned about a variety of modern skin rejuvenation procedures, such as PRF treatments, Botox, and laser therapies, and became a certified and official CARE Esthetics provider.
Since 1986, Dr. Stevenson has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery in Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University and received his dental degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry (IUSD). He did his oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the Indiana University Medical Center.
Dr. Stevenson is on-staff at Porter Hospital and St. Anthony Medical Center. He is an active member of national dental societies, including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Stevenson and his wife Maureen reside in Crown Point with Mallory and Alex, their two children. He is an avid cyclist, tennis player, skier, and racquetball player.

Dr. Timothy W. Surber | Oral Surgeon
As a dentist, Dr. Timothy W. Surber spends a lot of time learning new things to improve his medical practice. One of the few things he has focused on was learning the science behind all-natural facial esthetics. Dr. Surber completed Advanced PRF Education’s training to become an official CARE Esthetics provider. Now, he also offers various facial esthetic treatments in his office at Valparaiso, Indiana.
Dr. Surber graduated from Valparaiso High School and Wabash College. In 2013, he obtained his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry. Following that, he finished his Maxillofacial Surgery specialty training at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Suber’s efforts were acknowledged by the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Surber is board-certified and an active diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of some professional organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), and several local study groups.
Furthermore, Dr. Surber is an active philanthropist. He visited Lima, Peru, in 2012 as a member of a multidisciplinary surgical mission team. Locally, Dr. Surber makes time and offers his expertise at many local hospitals for facial traumas and to other patients requiring his specialization.
Dr. Surber lives in his hometown, Valparaiso, Indiana. He enjoys traveling, sailing, sport fishing, and staying fit.
